EASYCUBE GASES to Deliver Turnkey Air Separation Solution for Kazakhstan's Pioneering Green Steel Project
EASYCUBE GASES(KAILI), a leading industrial gas solutions provider, has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Kazakhstan Yonggang Steel Group to support its ambitious 3-million-ton short-process steelmaking complex - the largest of its kind in Central Asia.
Under the agreement, EASYCUBE GASES will design, engineer and commission a complete 8000-grade air separation unit as a turnkey project. The state-of-the-art facility will have designed production capacities of:
•    8,000 Nm³/h of high-purity oxygen
•    16,000 Nm³/h of nitrogen
•    200 Nm³/h of argon
The air separation plant incorporates EASYCUBE GASES' advanced standardized design principles that have been proven to deliver:
•    22% higher energy efficiency than conventional systems
•    98.5% average operational availability
•    Fully automated control systems compliant with Industry 4.0 standards
